Medicine Ball Burpee 2This move is great for whole-body conditioning and taking yourself up to your maximum physical capacity, which will help you in the ring when you have to go beyond that capacity to win.

Get into a press up position with your hands on a medicine ball. Bring our knees up towards your chest and then jump into the air, lifting the ball above your head and making your feet leave the ground. Reset and repeat.
