Steam Engine 2This exercise targets the hip-flexors as well as the whole mid-section.
Stand with youir hands cupping your ears from behind and your feet shoulder width apart. Bend and raise your right knee while you twist your left elbow towards your knee. Crunch your left shoulder towards your right hip to make contact between the elbow and the knee. Return to the standing position and repeat other side.
