Elbow-to-Knee Crunch

Elbow to Knee Crunch 3A great balance and core exercise.

Sit on the floor with your fingertips touching your temples. Lean back slightly and raise your feet 6 inches off the floor.

Now bring your left knee in and extend your right leg while turning your torso to touch your right elbow to your left knee. Alternate back and forth in a fast but controlled manner.
