Turkish Lift

Turkish Lift 1A great all-over conditioning exercise.

Lie on the floor with your legs bent at the knee, feet flat on the floor and holding a weight in one arm perpendicular to the floor. Stand up, taking care to keep your arm perpendicular to the floor at all times.

Return to the start position and repeat. After a number of repetitions change arms.
