Trunk Twist 3This exercise targets the obliques and core.

Stand straight with a neutral spine and soft knees, holding the medicine ball straight-out in front of you.

Twist to the side as far as you can. Return to the start position and then twist to the other side. Try and make your twists from one position to the other as explosive as possible.
