Leg Raise

Leg Raise 1This exercise targets your abs, core and hip flexors.

Lie flat on the floor on your back with your arms out to your sides. Raise your legs 6 inches from the floor to the start position.

Bring your legs up slowly until they are 90 degrees to the floor and pause. Lower slowly to the start position over a three second count and repeat.
