Lateral Lunge and Touch

Lateral Lunge 2This exercise targets your adductors, glutes, hamstrings and core.

Stand with feet shoulder width apart holding two dumb-bells down by your side. Lunge to your right and touch the dumbells to the floor.

Return to the start position and lunge to the left.
