Double Medicine Ball Leg Curl 2This exercise targets your hamstrings, glutes and core.Lie on the floor with a medicine ball under each calf. Keep your core braced and hips raised as you roll back your calfs until your feet are flat on the medicine balls.

Roll back down to the start position and repeat.
