Lower Body Russian Twist 1Add a rotational element to your abs workout
Lie on the floor and raise your legs vertically, put your arms out to the side for balance. Slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping your shoulders flat.

Stop before they touch the floor and return. Repeat to the other side.
