Medicine Ball Leg Drops 2This Exercise targets your abs, core and hip flexors.


Lie flat on the floor and grip a medicine ball between your ankles. Raise the ball a couple of inches from the floor. From this point slowly raise the ball to 90 degrees and lower slowly. Pause, without touching the floor, and repeat.
