Dumbell Pull-Over Crunch

Dumbell Pull-Over Crunch 1This exercise targets you abs and mid-back muscles.

Lie flat on the floor at full stretch holding a pair of dumbells. Bring your knees into your chest as you bring the dumbells over your head. Return to the first position and repeat, but don’t let feet or weights touch down during the set.
