Swiss Ball Press-Up
This Exercise is a great variation on the press-up, targeting your upper torso, arms and core.
Get into a press up position on a Swiss Ball. Place your hands slightly to either side of the ball, make sure you have a straight line running through your shoulders, hips and ankles.
Lower down until your chest nearly touches the ball. Keep your elbows in by your sides and keep your abs tight to hold form. Press up and repeat.
