Vertical Leap

Vertical Leap 1This is a great Plyometric exercise, working all major muscle groups.

Squat down onto the balls of your feet, fingertips touching the floor. Keep looking forward.

Expode up and leap as high as you can. When you come down, go straight back into the start position and repeat.
