Swiss Ball Raised Press-Up 2A great exercise to increace the intensity of your Press-Ups
Place your toes on a Swiss Ball and get into a press up position. Make sure you maintain a strong core and a straight line running through your shoulder, hips and ankle.

Go down until your nose almost touches the floor and press up.
