Adjust the cable grip so it is in line with your shoulder. Take a boxing stance facing away from the machine and grip the cable with your rear arm. Extend your lead arm out. Punch our with your rear arm, pushing off your rear foot and rotating the hips, ensure you don’t lead forward too far and pull your lead arm back to your face as you punch. Return slowly and controlled to the start position and repeat.

Once you have completed a set, reverse your stance and repeat the above.
