Swiss Ball Dorsal Raise 1Targeting the Lower Back and Core.

Put your feet against a wall and position yourself so that you Abs are on the Swiss Ball. With your hands on your temple, lean forward and then rise up in a controlled manner.

To enhance this exercise put your arms out to your side or straight out in front.
