From a very young age, I was insecure about my weight and wanted to be as small as possible. Since joining South Moreton 5 years ago at the age of 17, I've gained over 2 stone and finally have the confidence I was missing all my life. Focusing on increasing my strength taught meto value something other than my size, and as a result I am now in the best shape of my life and have a far healthier mindset.
