COME AND JOIN OUR VARIED AND INCLUSIVE CLASSES
There are 39 classes a week at the club, 8 Kids Classes and 31 Adult. They range from MMA to Boxing Based Squads, Strength and Conditioning, Strength Only, Kettlebells, Circuit Training, Bootcamp, Sparring and Outdoor Training, Pilates and BJJ. There is always variety and change in the classes and all our instructors bring their own specialties to the sessions. The classes are small (4 – 12 people typically) and we make sure the classes are accessible for all members. No matter what your fitness level or age, you will find a suitable and challenging workout.
