Over the course of this plan, we’ve looked at a whole bunch of takedowns from the 2 on 1 position. I often use these takedowns in sequence as they form a nice chain of attacks that’s very difficult to defend.
In the final part of this plan, we’re going to review the main techniques we’ve covered.
