After spending many years dedicated to my own personal fitness, I decided to turn my passion for exercise into my profession, in order to help and encourage others to gain as much satisfaction and fun from a healthy and active lifestyle as I had.
I qualified as a Level 3 Personal trainer and worked at several gyms, running circuit and body conditioning classes, whilst also taking on a great and challenging variety of Personal Training clients, ranging from an elderly lady with MS to a young man training to join the Royal Marines.
More recently I have become interested in the great benefits and fast results that can be obtained with kettlebells and have further qualified with the Register of Kettlebell Professionals as an instructor. I now teach this in a class format and also enjoy incorporating it into Personal Training programmes.
