I started ballet at the age of 3, and by the time I turned 17 I was training in dance professionally at Millennium Performing Arts in London. Since then I’ve been lucky enough to work as a dancer in the UK and abroad, whilst training in Yoga, Pilates and running to keep my craft sharp.
I joined South Moreton Boxing Club out of curiosity and was instantly hooked. Within 10 months I competed in and won my first semi-professional K1 kickboxing match and had a new fascination with combining everything I’d learnt as a dancer with fitness in general. I have gone on to compete in Boxing and BJJ and at present my passion is training in MMA.
I completed my Level 3 in Personal Training four years ago, as well as specialising in pre-and post-natal women and MMA conditioning. I run classes for adults and kids at the club and train many people of different backgrounds and fitness levels in both my Classes and my 1-2-1 Sessions. I have a whole bank of skills to draw on to get you where you want to be, whether it’s weight loss, gaining strength or confidence.
