"Hi I’m Rosie and I am a certified Strongfirst kettlebell instructor.
I specialise in KETTLEBELL, BARBELL and GENERAL FITNESS.
I have always had a keen interest in sports beginning as a child/teenager when I was a national swimmer. I spent my late teens and twenties taking part in outdoor pursuits, kayaking, canoeing, mountaineering etc and I took up running in 2014. I have since taken part in numerous halfs and a couple of full marathons. I began weightlifting in 2016 and my love for lifting grows stronger everyday! I follow Strongfirst techniques and am keen to share my knowledge and skills to make every rep count for YOU 💪
I am a full time nurse and a health and wellbeing champion so if you are looking for nutrition, diet or advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle along with building strength or becoming generally fitter and healthier then I would love to help!"
